Team retreats are for ministry staff teams who are looking for the rest + soul care a retreat provides with the focused growth and equipping of a workshop or conference.
These team retreats are designed to refresh and equip teams for their next season of ministry. We'll get before the Lord together and individually, we'll learn about ourselves and one another, and we'll solve your real-life ministry obstacles with coaching and problem-solving sessions.

Outsource Soul Care For Your Staff
Perfect for you if:
Your staff or partners are running on overdrive—it’s been “the busy season” for more than a few months non-stop, and your standard weekly prayer as a team is causing more grumbling than growth.
Big changes are coming to your team, and you know they need to get with God and develop vision as a collective before any of the boots-on-the-ground work can really be done.
You and your team are just plain tired. You see the need for a boost in skills and in soul care, but you don’t have the time or energy to plan a retreat or even a team lunch.
What’s included:
Along with live coaching, you’ll receive a workbook to use during and following the retreat. Each participant will receive a gift to support their growth in this next season. Food will be provided and hosted in a comfortable off-site location.

Expose participants to a variety of rhythms and help them understand how to discern appropriate application. Uses the Enneagram, MBTI, Maslach Burnout Inventory.
Includes activities like: Reviewing framework assessment (taken beforehand), building a rule of life together, participating in a spiritual rhythm together

Leadership Mapping
Help leaders understand their own leadership journey and how God is weaving these leaders together on this team. Uses StrengthsFinder & Dr. Clinton Leadership Inventory, among others.
Team Dynamics
Help teams understand one another better to maximize care and impact using the Enneagram and/or MBTI.

Teams struggling with confidence.

A specific time for brainstorming, question/answer time around a particular problem the whole team is working through together.

I’m a spiritual formation + leadership coach who is capital-P passionate about ministry, women, and Jesus. I live—and work—in the intersection of those good things!
